We use Australia Post as our main shipping provider. If there are any restrictions of shipping locations please email us and we will assist with an alternative courier. Every purchase will receive a tracking number.
Orders normally shipped within four business days. International orders are subject to international shipping rates and may have longer delivery times. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. Once the products are shipped, they are out of our control.
We have a 30-day return policy on unused products for exchanges and refunds. Any return requests after 30 days (date of invoice) are non refundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please email us with photographs of the product for a return approval prior to shipping back.
Due to the dynamic nature of bow hunting, Nomad Broadheads cannot exchange/refund the products once used. The stress exerted on the broadheads during hunting and or shooting may defect the broadhead. Please see our “Terms and Conditions” page for further information.
